Sparkling Elderberry Wine

Thanks to Peter B for this deliciously simple sparkling elderberry and apple wine.


Dissolve 200g sugar in 4 deciliters of warm water. Add 1,5L apple juice, 1L elderberry juice and pressed juice from a half lemon.

Funnel into 2 1,5L PET bottles. Allow to reach room temp. Add 1mL yeast to each bottle. Let ferment for 7-9 days at room temp. Fridge for at least 2 days. Drink and enjoy!
